Cons

Zoos system is very difficult to set up. It requires a password but it won't accept any password i put in. There is no way to see the pw to ensure the original pw and the confirmation pw match.

The screws strip out at the knuckle (6 out of the 8), hole pattern is wrong, hdd is noisy, software is clunky. Support terrible as they don't seem to even know their own product very well. What a complete waste of money.
