The system is constantly rebooting which makes it unavailable for mobile viewing. The software is very low quality and buggy. The app is terrible. Playback is so *.

Buyer beware. Which defeats the whole purpose for getting them. A waste of over $600 on a malfunctioning unit. Will be disputing the charge today.

Customer support is none existent just a machine and an automatic reply. If your product is damaged just send it back to amazon.

All randomly restart several times per day. Kept resetting, random cam channels over-colored, blurred. Major hassle to disconnect and return. First dvr went out in less than two weeks.

This product came with ample cameras for the price and was pretty easy to set up and see on my phone and computer.

It was cost/beneficial, and i ask too much of it.

But for the price, it's good enough.
