I am very satisfied with the experience.
I am very pleased with the purchase.
Dvr software took a bit to get used to, especially with the poor documentation, but i was able to figure it out.
I have to admit that the cameras are awesome but dealing with the other stuff was a pain in the butt.
Price
No problems thus far and price was right.
Packaging/appearance
The hardware worked fine right out of the box.
The loctite greatly reduced the noise but i expected a quiet fan out of the box.
Competitiveness
I purchased the 8 channel, 4 camera security system with a 1tb hard drive.
Customer support said to just use the third method, zosi view.

I had one issue where the mobile app wouldnt allow me to view the cameras unless i was connected to my homes wifi signal

Had a camera stop working after 1 year

It worked very well at first but now it keeps saying server lost if i am not connected to the wifi where the system is located
