Great crystal clear pictures. Great value for the price. You need to get the cameras aimed properly to get ir's on the subject and prevent reflection. I can recommend it to anyone.

The only low point is the dvr console software. Lots of features to configure alerts and motion settings. Great camera quality and motion sensor features.

The alarm system is bat crazy giving hundreds and hundreds of false alarms no matter what settings of area and sensitivity is selected. Customer service is not on our time zone - it's in asia - so getting answers 24/7 as they promote on their website ... Read More

The playback feature and software is a horrible experience. Customer service suggests i don't have strong enough wifi at my office - which is crazy as we have commercial strength wifi. Pointless without an app to remote view cams.

Pros:-great camera quality-lots of features to configure alerts and motion settings-fairly easy to install.

Great overall system, output from cameras very clear.

The hardest part of installation is crawling through the attic and feeding camera wires through the pre-drilled holes i made.

After six months it got stuck on pink boot screen and would not load.

Price

I love how clear you can see day and night you can’t beat the price for what you get i installed it at my house

I am happy with the price and quality!

I was apprehensive because the system was so cheap and from china.

Overall, i think it is a great product for the $$$.

Shipping

My delivery was on time, the amount i paid for my purchase was well worth it.

I emailed zosi support and “cathy” had me ship it all back.

Unfortunately, i sent them the wrong address and the cameras got returned to post.

They shipped out a new one within 2 days of me shipping them the old one.

All the wires were packaged nicely and illustrated/labeled very clearly where they were to be connected.
