Pros

Clear picture both daytime and evening. Decent price. Only drawback is with so many led ir lights, faces that get too close to the camera, at night, get over exposed and washed out.

I was having a difficult time trying to get it to operate properly (not the fault of the product, just my lack of computer saavy) ended up getting a replacement. The replacement system works great!

Security and costumer service. No problems with it from order to receipt. Customer service is responsive and seems genuine.

Cons

Only 4 out of 8 cameras can be detected by the recorder. The cell phone app loses connection to the device every couple of weeks. Support is useless! Any compatible cameras are never available.

Night vision is blurry and grainy. Big pieces of junk. Hard to believe that it is actually 1tb in there.

Don't buy this. Don't buy this. Such a key down. Not happy. Not for me. I thank you for your understanding.

Easy to install and worked on my existing amcrest dvr system.

I bought these as spares for my 4-year old amcrest system.

Amcrest no longer offers replacement 960h cameras but they did offer a 10% discount on a new system.
