I contacted customer support & they did all they could to help me try to restart it, but to no avail.
They promptly sent me a new one, within a day of me contacting them.
Competitiveness
I had purchased single zosi cameras before to replace another brands cameras that weren’t working well.
At this point i'm happy but the 4k doesn't appear to be much better than my previous 1080p.

It is easy to download one of the videos to a usb flash driveit overwrites its oldest data as it fills the drive

The picture quality of good however the night vision is not as good as i hoped and it is not as sensitive to motion as i had hoped
