Pros

The nvr is simple to setup. They instructed me how to reset it and sure enough, it is back working perfectly. The problem was taken care of with no cost or inconvenience.

The cameras show very well. The nv distance shows very good! This system has good daytime clarity, the night vision areas with moderate lighting have great visibility. Has audible alarm or light or both for motion at night.

Zosi is a well known trusted brand. The price was affordable.

Cons

Buyer beware, for the price you should be getting better service and a product that works. A cheap mouse is provided, too. That's dumb.

The phone app is slow and cumbersome. It is slow, buggy and honestly since it is from china i don't trust it. The playback function is awful.
