The cameras were easy to install and as a note the system absolutely needs a monitor for setup the system will not be able to automatically connect to wifia router without setup done through the system itself with a monitor and mouse

Upgrading or moving cameras to account for sunlight washouts or do extend camera ir range is expected

To get the like daylight effect in my yard i had to add an external ir light

In the past i replaced the camera when one or all ir leds burned out

Doing that has the advantage bugs and spiders go to the external light not the in front of the camera lens ye ha

I have been doing camera work since a big ol bw newvaxom in a clunky heated enclosure was all you could get and the only recording was on a unpredictable very expensive vhs time laps recorder

The first dvrs cost thousands without cameras and were a nightmare to get and keep working
