I recently replaced with the zosi (8) channel 4k system after reviewing many options and systems.
He was quick to respond and very helpful.
The camera and dvr quality are exceptionally high.
I have this system only for a month and i ma happy with the system

For what it does, i mean 4k resolution and mobile online control, 4 cameras (up to 8 cameras control) the price is hard to beat.
Packaging/appearance
Was able to use the existing wiring and then added one more cable.
