The packaging was helpful, the product works great. But they were never failed to reply me in 24hrs or in a reasonable time frame. It is greatly appreciated.

Zosi equipment is high quality and very user-friendly regarding the installation, setup and use. The tech support is excellent, especially jar and hugh. After unboxing, setting up this system was a so easy.
