Pros

Easy to install to drop ceiling tiles using included screws and plastic anchors. Remote review is very good quality. It saves time to keep it simple and easy.

Connections include network, lights at nvr and camera ends to confirm the proper connection. Great when you are standing on top of a ladder installing under soffits. Good color and no lag.

Cons

Zosi's app is garbage. The dvr is very high quality viewing (4k) but the app is complete garbage and it doesn't allow you to forward your ports. The description leads the consumer to believe that the recording storage ability of the dvr isn't extensiv... Read More

Planning to scrap and replace entire zosi system. Customer service obviously has no clue what they are doing. Only solution offered by customer service is to purchase a new system from amazon with a 10% discount.

This is an inferior product and cs is clueless. The product description is misleading if not fraudulent.
