I bought this 8 camera system and self installed it

After a few months a camera did go bad and when i contacted customer support they were helpful in trouble shooting the problem and when they determined it was a bad camera they sent a replacement very quickly at no charge

Update to my last reviewanother camera went pink on me but the zosi customer service was 5 stars as they helped facilitate another replacement camera

They were very helpful in trying to trouble shoot and when the camera was still not working properly my agent sent a replacement right out to me

If you can put cameras up and wire it this is a great system but the main thing that made a huge difference is making sure you get a good hard drive

But then i ordered an enterprise hard drive which are made for reliability and working 247 in high speed server computers
