Pros

Great for high sun areas. Good initial buy for stores and well lighted areas. Send xmas cards every year. Great affordable way to protect your property.

Cons

All randomly restart several times per day. Kept resetting, random cam channels over-colored, blurred. Major hassle to disconnect and return. No output from dvr to the monitor.

A waste of over $600 on a malfunctioning unit. My home is well worth securing no thanks to these folks. Tha product is junk.

Lousy security system and even worse technical support. Software is very low quality and buggy. Night vision is terrible and the app is terrible.

Customer support is none existent. Just a machine and an automatic reply saying that they will contact you.

Use on my house , best quality ever.

Very happy with the support and dvr, wireless camera, and all cameras and app works flawlessly.

Issue with dvr restarting even after attempts to upgrade.

My previous samsung system had better engineering and software, but they do not maintain it any longer, or the old samsung ddns.

Price

This product came with ample cameras for the price and was pretty easy to set up and see on my phone and computer.

Bottom line, good system for the moneyi've been using zosi for many years with no issues.

It was cost/beneficial, and i ask too much of it.

But for the price, it's good enough.

They responded immediately when i had a question and had one camera with broken glass face and received a new one within a few days.
