Pros
No instructions but the system is tol notch. Easy to install on to tv and mobile. Also very easy to setup. Excellent customer service and proactive technical support.
Cons
Cameras are flimsy and unreliable. App is outdated and laggy. Very disappointed & frustrated with it. Firstly, the “claimed” resolution is not worth the hype.

We have been exceptionally impressed with the great customer service we received from zosi in regards to a faulty product.
Very pleased with the camera system, is able to support 8 cameras however we are using it for only four cameras at the moment.
We had a problem with the mouse, contacted ariana by email and this was quickly sorted.
