Pros

The images are clean and crisp. The system also seems to have a pretty robust'motion' detection. Easy to swap out with the older cameras.

Easy to install and connect everything.

This is a tentative review, as i have only had this item for a few days. I encountered a small issue during use, i went online for chat support which was excellent. Hannah is very helpful and knowledge, she immediately helped me to solve the problem.

All and all it looks like a no brainer and a wonderful value. Technical support is terrific. The rest of this little package is a gem. Just know you with have a working system if a problem arises.

Cons

One of the cameras rattles and has loose parts inside the hosing. The dvr half the time is just lines going across the screen. Mobile phone app is not user friendly.

Ok so this was a day late being delivered which makes me mad.

Just had a small issue with camera but customer service replied fast and replaced whole camera for free.
