Everything works pretty well but for some reason it uses all 500gb in an hour as if its recording 1000 frames per second

When hard drive is full it has to be formatted before it will record again i contacted support and followed their instructions to update the firmware but no change to how the system is working

I am tech savvy and have had my son who works in computerinternet tech support and he can not make it work either
