Some security sytems download video files in mp4 format. The dvr interface is a bit dated, but able to get around and setup exactly how i like it. Easy to set up, crystal clear and great customer support. Great quality of footage.

It is great how you can attach it to the ball and rotate around for the perfect positioning. The resolution is very good.

Customer service at this level is unheard of these days. Great customer service provided by emma. Well packaged for shipping, complete with all items needed for install.

Cons

Setup is easy on the dvr side but the software looks like it was written in 1998. The mac app is very hard to get going. Very disappointed in this system.
