Pros
It is a solid dependable system for the homeowner that wants a basic system to keep their eyes on their world. The system is very easy to setup and the quality of the product feels better than the previous version. Easy to install and easy to use.
Everything works as advertised. My 3rd zosi purchase. But it’s a fraction of the price!
Cons
The motion detection is horrible. It picks up clouds casting shadows but then wouldn't pick me up jumping in front of the camera. Night vision is so grainy you can’t see person well enough for identification.
Tech support says to reboot but issues still persists. The operating system is very difficult to navigate.
The app is atrocious. The playback feature is not user friendly. This make playback problematic when looking for a particular motiom event.
Customer support is awful! They seam to play games, and then say there is no problem after lots of emails. There is no warranty, or service after sale. Their servers obviously have issues, and they don't seem to care enough to fix them.

In my quest to find a replacement system, including hours of research, i decided to order from zosi and am very pleased.
The app works pretty good but we are still trying to figure out the motion detection because it goes off all the time for many things.
At first i was disappointed with the app issues but cameras has a good enough video image.
Price
I also like the price for this system, easy to install.
So far, so good, the price is right, the cameras work great, and dvr setup, including the mobile app all work as advertised.
The product is good for the price, but does also reflect the price.
Shipping
No problem, slina sent me a ups shipping label to return them at no cost.
Competitiveness
This set has a higher definition than my other two and it's well worth it.
I had a q-see 720p, 8 channel camera system that was pretty decent, but the company closed, thus no more support due to covid.
Have had no trouble connecting several 100ft extension lines from zosi without any loss in signal.

I still not configure motion detection nor triggers to other cam but from the manual seems to be very flexible

With respect to the seller we had a problem with the delivery for some reason the package was delivered in ca and i was in or i contact to the seller and immediately they check with the carrier and after 15 minutes they sent me a new tacking number from a private carrier to warranty the deliver on time

Everything about the system is good except for the phone setup unable to set up also creating a password it kept telling me invalid password i reset it like three or four times

And it looks cyrstal clear only i had to re wire everything because i notice the cables were damaged
