I have the motion sensitivity on medium and that is still fairly sensitive i think sometimes it catches the shade of the trees moving and goes off so i might turn it down to low sensitivity

I was hoping to be able to watch the kids in the pool from my google nest hub in the kitchen while i was grabbing drinks or snacks but the zosi app is not an option on the list of approved google devices

It does not connect to 5g network but we have wifi extenders and have both 4 g and 5g so i just had to set it up near my 4g router and then i could move it out back to the pool once it was connected

But this camera is very very similar to their others that connect via hardwiring to dvr recording units similar form factor mount etcthis camera still requires a hardwire for its power

If your intended location is not already prewired or will lend itself to be easily wired now this model may possibly not be the best model for you
