Pros

Howerver system works great. I feel reassured by the fact that customer service is readily available. Reaching the company is delayed but expected after reading reviews.

Easy to install. App is easy to use. Back of the dvr has an hdmi slot.

I get alerts anytime it changes dusk/dawn. It resumes recording almost instantly. The only problem is that one camera keeps losing video. The screen get fuzzy but then clears back up.

Cons

The motion sensor is set off by everything, sometimes nothing is even moving. The app is junk. Playback options are awful.

The system remains offline any time there is a power glitch until you manually reset. The only way to communicate with zosi is through email (no phone support) which was an extremely slow process.

Amazon will give you a refund if you buy a replacement. But beware, this product is not really good quality. Even had to replace 1 of the replacements again.

At this price point, i am very surprised at this clarity and quality.

It's a good camera for the price.

If your looking for a great affordable way to protect your property, zosi is it.

Shipping

These came without a qr code and after two weeks of only one email per day from customer service trying to help me, i sent them back.

I did need 2 longer cables but amazon fixed me up on same day delivery.

Updatezosi customer service contacted me right away and sent me a replacement camera (poe model).

I can’t say enough about carol from customer support even found the order number from the older camera and replaced it with the same model.

Zosi and amazon need to work on defective part exchange.
