Documentation is sparse and/or scattered about on the zositech web page. This seller is not helpful an does not care.
The sytem just up and died, no power, just no cameras. No customer service number and the chat on the website isn't a chat, it just searches the faq and gives you the same article repeatedly. No idea.

I had an issue with the password and slina from customer service responded with in a couple hours of my email with a master password.
Price
Surprisingly hard to find at a decent price.
If you are wanting a awesome security system for a great price go zosi!

I would purchase this system again, or maybe the one with all ptz cameras.
I bought this system almost a year ago to replace an old q-see 1080p system i had that lasted almost 10 years.

Two of the eight cameras died but product was still under manufacturer warranty
