Quality

The camera were easy to install,and the pictures and sound quality are great.

This is a really good set, image is great, dvr functions too, cloud setup is a bit complicated for non tech savvy but doable.

Out of the 4 cameras that are outdoors under cover, 1 camera (my front door) continuously malfunctions and stops video.

The cameras work fine in daylight but at night the infrared system fails to engage if the temperature drops below 40 degrees.

As far as customer service, jar responded promptly.

It took longer than expected to arrived and it was not until i contacted the guys at zosi that some effort was made to expedite delivery.

The product was great and packaged nicely i just ordered the wrong cameras for my system i need the 4 in 1 to work with my dvr
