Support from zosi is hit or miss.

I love everything about my zosi security system.

Bought for my sons house who had a guy steal expensives garden tools from his shed.

If i were to rate the zosi product i own and there support, i would have to give zosi an excellent rating.

After 8 months of usage one of my zosi security cameras developed a couple of problems.
