They shipped out a new dvr a couple weeks ago and this one seems to be working very well.
The customer service got back to me immediately through email each time i wrote them.
Competitiveness
I have used other night vision camera systems, but the zosi is the best by far.
I don't know if the other dvr was reconditioned but this new one is much better.
