The email setup gave me a little issue at first to setup but after i seen so much information that was available online and the instructions that came with system it was figured out

Customer service was excellent and after a few emails back and forth they felt there was a problem with the dvr and shipped me a new one and provided postagepaid labels for me to return the defective dvr

I had a momentary power failure when power was restored i had lost 4 of the 8 cameras
