I never had to pay for any return shipping for the couple issues i had, and the replacements / refunds were also prompt.

Competitiveness

The display driver failed on my 5 year old lorex 720p dvr so i upgraded to a lorex 8 channel 4k system.

Refund granted when system did not work with my zosi 5mp cameras

I was impressed enough to purchase a second zosi dvr to use the 8 remaining cameras at another location.

This worked well out if the box with all my qsee cameras.
