The only issue ive had is that 2 of the cameras i received had an issue with its night vision not working and one had a rainbow line running across the camera

Unless you want to take them all down and return them all back to amazon you have to contact the manufacturer

Also dont get the 4 year warranty with squaretrade they wont do anything unless you break it

I connect to a 2 tb seagate skyhawk hard drive and it asks for format and fails formatting at 13

I format the drive externally through another dvr and upon plugin keeps restarting
