Pros
First time buyer of zosi system. Reasonably easy to install and set up. The quality is very good and the setup is very easy.
It's not very high def, but the picture is clear enough for most purposes. High-resolution sensor and infrared leds. Great night vision and very clear day footage.
The 4mp camera provides stunning video quality, even at night with the color night vision feature. The picture quality is excellent, better than the standard subscription brand cameras that i have. A definite upgrade in quality.
Cons
Caveat emptor. Buyer beware, since the documentation on here and their website isn't very good. App is very slow at updating to the current time, takes about 60-90 seconds of loading. These cameras are *.
They supposedly have a 2 yr warranty. When you write back saying their link didn't resolve your issue they ghost you!

3 new cameras arrived a few days later, i swapped them out and sent the old ones back.
I contacted zosi customer service and got a response within a few hours from a very helpful person named slina.
I emailed customer support, got an initial response in about 2 hours.

Since you are limited to using only the builtin wireless you are very limited in where you can put the nvr box and extremely limited in where you can place the wireless cameras
