Pros

This product performs as expected and is reasonably priced. Just what i needed to replace a damaged security cable.

Cons

Mobile app tells us dvr is offline while the dvr itself tells us it's connected to the internet. Amazon wants you to send the whole thing back.

Only 84-85 ft only. Pricey dummies tho. My other cables are cheap onn brand and they’ve held up fine.

It has good resolution for this price point.

As mentioned by other customers - the price is value for a 8 channel dvr.

Easy set up jar was great weee hours of the morning got a friendly wonderful customer service rep.

However, when i sent an inquiry to zosi customer service - jar replied was always timely and have solved all my issues.

Initially i received a defective cable, i contacted customer service and they sent me another one, the product is good.

Competitiveness

I had an older dvr from another company and the app is no longer compatible with my phone.

This replaced an older dvr of a different brand that had a failed hard drive and reception issues.

However, we left the this camera up because the picture quality is so much better than the previous camera and especially at night.
