Pros

This brand is really good and tech support is readily. Available. All issues were resolved.

Both recordings during daylight and night vision is also great, playback, take photos or videos on your app. The only issue i have is that the motion detection doesn't always pick up. The infrared is, well just like all other security camera's.

For the price of this system it is well worth it, functions great and installs easily. One downfall is the fact that it doesn't come with the hard drive. Outside of that it's an outstanding piece of equipment especially for security.

Cons

Had to add the user and password to my router to connect system never told me i was connected. The app for my phone never works. It just always says offline.

Support and warranty are a joke,don't even waste your time with them. After two weeks fighting with them they want me to pay postage to return and they will send me a new one. They quit videoing about a month after i got them.

To a novice person, this system is very complicated. Waaay too many wires. What's the point of a wired system if there's no actual playback.

I'm happy with the system, i was surprised how long the wires were, i could reach everywhere i wanted.

I've had the cameras up for a out 3 weeks and the cider quality for price is surprisingly good.

Shipping

From past experience i've learned that shipping items with a hard drive might be damaged from rough treatment along the way.

As for me, it worked perfectly right out of the box.

I installed a 1tb ssd and it worked beautifully.
