Had a little trouble at first with the networking but once i reached out to tech support they showed me how to update the firmware and it started working much better

At first we had a minor hiccup and forgot our password and unfortunately there isn’t an easy way to reset your password through the nvr

So i was able to reach out to tech support on amazon who than got me in contact with zosi tech support via email and phone call tech support isn’t here in america so hours are different

They sent me a link that i downloaded to my flash drive and once i plugged that flash drive into my nvr the nvr took over from there and updated the new software and reset my nvr so we could get our password reset

This update is not about the outside home installation process yet rather on how the surveillance system works with everything running

The dvr picked up all cameras after about 30 seconds of turning the dvr on
