One of my camera were defective however once i contacted tech support to submit a warranty claim coco helped me very quickly to send me a replacement

I did have 1 camera that was defective and customer service from zosi did process a return for me immediately despite the problems with me being able to ship them the defective equipment during this pandemic

The 3 out of 4 cameras are working perfectly and i am anticipating the same out of the new camera
