Pros

This system is very easy to install. Ez to hook up & use. App is ok, does what it has to do. No doubt it says it doesn't have one, but just a downside.

Cons

Pictures are not as clear when viewing remotely. The drive they put in the unit is not formatted.

Worst of all is the app and playback. It plays back only a days recording even if i search for some other dates.

Customer service suggests i don't have strong enough wifi at my office - which is crazy as we have commercial strength wifi for transmitting huge drawing files. It practically never works and when it does its impossible to navigate and review.

The video quality can be a little choppy when you rewind to view from previous days in the first few seconds, but it clears out quickly.

I've ordered and installed too many to count and these zosi products are awesome.

It got my old cameras with resolutions of 960h- n.
