Pros & Cons
Pros
Extension cables are super handy, they connect to and extend your wifi (as you'd expect), but even better is that they have an ethernet port built in. A handy on-screen qr code is created to expedite this process.
Cons
The app is extremely buggy and will hardly ever refresh. Trying to view playback never works. The dvr is constantly disconnected. Software is garbage doesn't play back at correct times.
There is no manual, just a simplistic quick-start guide that tells you how to hook up the cameras to the dvr. No instructions were included. No joy. This is now useless.
Highlights
Quality
The device has a very clear picture, easy to use and setup.
We love the feature of having the screen in home and on our phones and the ability to store footage.
It is upgradeable to 8 cameras having trouble registering product and still connect to internet using wifi.
Although the 1tb hard drive did not work at first due to having a 9v cord connected.
