Quick fix is to kill gnome-shell process which makes the desktop shell disappear for 5 seconds and re-appear. You won't be disappointed.
This 1650 is able to run absolute max settings at 1080p and produces 60-90 fps with ease. Yes my stock m83 with the stock 240w power supply and stock i7-4770 cpu. I have an 8310 amd processor 8 cores default 3.
If you are psu limited and don't want to drop $$$$ on a psu upgrade, this is a good choice. If your goal is the fastest strongest video card and your requirement is either 6 max, or in-slot power, this one is great.
This card is certainly cheaper than the 30xx series of cards as well as the tesla/workstation cards. I have to say once i got the right drivers installed, this card absolutely fulfilled the job with a very nice price-point.

Looked around and found this bus powered card, picked it up as an amazon return and it works great.

I suspect this will be similar to other lenovos so it might give others hope.
I have a budget hp pavilion with a 310w psu and wanted a bit more than intel 730 graphics for cad and fusion, but was very power limited.
