Pros & Cons
Pros
The gtx 1650 is the best low power gpu for a small form factor desktop. Works well with stock 240w psu and with no need for external power. Stress tested it and my machine was very stable even with the small 240 watt power supply i have.
It has 3 io ports; hdmi, * and dvi. It has no problems fitting my standard hp pavilion case! Put this in my oem desktop. Its compatible with oem machines.

They should have compared gtx 1650 to other low power gpus for a fair/balance comparison.
