it's a solid card especially if by some miracle you find it at msrp. The design is amazing and the lighting helps the card look even better.
It's okay and the g sync is really nice. The temps stay pretty cool too, it’s great at keeping itself reasonably temped.
The noise levels that everyone complains about is true. After adjusting the fan curves the noise is reduced but still noticeable. It is a little noisy when it's running full throttle, but thats thanks to the 3 massive fans on the card.
Cons
Fan speeds greater than 70% are very loud and cannot be quieted by the best sony anc headphones and my fractal meshify 2 atx silent case. Nvidia is well aware of this, and is furthering the confusion intentionally. Firestorm is probably the worst gpu ... Read More

If the gpu market wasn't completely broken i absolutely would have gotten a different model.

I also run a amd ryzen 5 5600x as well with 16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram.
Userbenchmark scores the card as a "ufo" - their highest rating.
Even when the environment is silent and the fans ramp up the noise level is fairly average compared to other gpus and coolers.
The msrp price is also high considering what rival cards such as strix, ftw3, and xc3 offer.

In my opinion the rtx 3070 ti is the 2nd best bang for your buck card out there so long as you get it at msrp which unfortunately wasnt possible at the time of purchase
