I bought this particular 4070 tis because the cooler looks slightly thinner and the cooler design tapers off on the sides where most others appear blocky and tall

If you want extra juice go for the oc but the fan noise will be a little higher

I do hear the gpu fans on my noctua build i got used to the quiet sound of noctua fans but it is not enough to bother me while gaming
