Zotac has a place in the gpu industry, and it's not their fault that the prices are above msrp.
As far as the 4080 model in general, it's definitely priced way higher than reasonable.

While my corsair obsidian 450d would have accommodated the length just fine the width only allowed about 15mm for the adapter and given the melting issues that have been occurring with the 12vhpwr connector this wasnt a risk i wanted to take on a 1500 card and at a 1359 list price it will be nearly 1500 with tax

Performance seems to be normal for the card without overclocking as the card should only hit the 320w tgp under extreme sustained conditions and each pcie connector is 150w
