Pros & Cons
Pros
Plastic feels good (not flimsy, but bendable) and the yellow joints fit in snugly. If they get bent, they do form a crease that’s permanent.
A great rainy-day project to keep your little one's mind busy. This building set keeps them busy for hours at a time, working collaboratively. It's a great brain activity and also provides the little ones to use their imagination, especially if you ha... Read More
Comes with a booklet of projects to build. My son is 4 years old and he has an interest in stacking. He builds really cool large structures.
Love thaat they come in a snap lid box. Nice storage tote with latching lid. Also comes in a nice container with good latches. I'd recommend you store the connector pieces in a separate concealed ziplock or container.
It's hard to imagine how many 800 pieces are, but it's a ton. For the price and stem-esque activity it’s worth every penny.
Cons
Even the thinnest bed sheet makes the poles sink. They are very flimsy, like straw strength. The entire thing becomes wonka easily.
Highlights
Quality
The straws are sturdy and the connectors keep them together without falling apart.

Be cautioned, the small connectors are small enough for a baby to put in their mouth so not good with infants around.
Price
For the price point, it's worth it for my purposes.
Good fun and value for what you pay for.
Packaging/appearance
Maybe not the most elegant of packaging, but for the price we have a lot of fun with it.
Competitiveness
This is a fun alternative building set to legos and other blocks.

We love building blanket fortstents but always struggle with where to secure them and then it seems as soon as they get it all set up someone hits the edge and the whole thing tumbles down
