I started calling them the first week of january to schedule my first one and no one ever returned my call i even tried to book on line with no success as well

I did continued to call once a week with the same results until the 2nd week of february kim finally actually answered her phone

I asked to book an appointment and her first available was march 31 after my groupon expired this call took place on feb 15

This is when i start to explain to her that no one has returned my calls in 6 weeks was unable to book on line and my groupon would be expired by then

She then went off on me about how it was my fault i was unable to book by phone or on line and then when i became upset with her she refused to book me
