The milk frother included with the keurig coffee brewer (actually part of the machine) had become slower and noisy.

The not as good: there is no pour spout on the edge of the item so it does not pour as cleanly as our other one.

At $30 (at the time of this review) this is an incredible value.

You really can't beat the price either.

It seems to be a fair price for the frother.

Other wise i am happy with this kettles, as it does what i wanted to do and is available at a decent pricepoint(29.

Zulay not only sent me a new one, they sent it free of charge!

It is quick and only takes a few minutes to get the milk hot and frothy.

Packaging/appearance

Unpacking, this is a nice looking and quality item.

Competitiveness

I think it is a great value for the quality and compared to competitors.

I also have a handheld frother (not electric, also by zulay) but this is so much better.

This does more than just frothmilk but can also make hot chocolate milk since it can heat milk for this.

Much better price than brand names but still great quality
