It seems very accurate to me. Extremely fast reads and fits nicely in your hands. You just open it, slide it into the food you're looking to gauge and it gives an instant reading.

This lightweight and portable thermometer is perfect for cooking inside or out. The fact that it folds make it easy to fit in one of the smaller slots of our utensil drawer. I love that it’s magnetic and can stick it to to side of my fridge.

Spend a lol more money and get a good one. Works for like 2 days in a restaurant kitchen and then dies. Changed the battery still nothing.
