Great for mixing no-knead dough that doesn't require a mixer. Excellent for mixing dough and pancake batter. Great for cakes, brownies, biscuits and any dough you don't want to overwork.

Cons

This mixer is attractive and well made, but it didn't improve my dough mixing process.
