Pros
These are the finest ones i've owned so far. Unlike others i've purchased before, they aren't flimsy. Good price and good quality.
Cookies rise and don't spread out, unlike greased cookie sheets. No more wasteful foil or parchment paper.
Cons
They do not fit most standard rimmed baking trays. These state they withstand up to 480 degree heat. They are not flexible and cannot be rolled up like it says.
