Highlights
Quality
This roller pin is perfect for my biscuits- it’s very heavy and looks like a nice marble; the wooden holder is great
It's of good qualityvery easy to use and work as expected
My wooden rollin pin finally fell apart after many years of use.
My dough doesn’t stick to it and i don’t have to press done hard, hurting my hands.
Shipping
It was well packaged and arrived right on time.
The marble made this a heavy shipment.
For my wife, but it looks good ship fast.
Packaging/appearance
Add in a marble pastry board and it's magic.
It also looks lovely in black and the resting piece was a nice addition.
But would be a terrible gift if it came broken!

I wanted to try heavier roller as it is getting harder for me to press down and roll out pie dough

I already had a marble pastry board which worked great so a marble rolling pin was obviously next

Compared to a wood rolling pin the marble one is much heavier and dough sticks to it a lot less which makes it easier to use particularly on thicker or more sticky dough

The other big advantage is that you can put it in the fridge along with your pastry board if you have one before working and it will stay cold for some time

The actual roller of this pin is 1034 wide this seems to be a pretty standard size for marble rolling pins probably because if they were any bigger they would be too heavy

Things might stick to it if you dont flour well enough but it all depends on what you want to use it for

Its easy to wipe off after use just dont submerge it in water just like all other pins with bearings
