Pros
It's a little harder to maneuver than the old wire style, because the wire section is a smaller area. It's very sturdyand easy to clean. This pastry cutter is very durable and built sturdy.
Cons
Handle is too small. Does not chop nuts with the ease depicted in the video, lot of pressure is required.
I'm a normal sized adult, and my hands are too big to hold this cutter. It’s just under 3 inches across and my hand barely fits into it. This thing is obscenely small.

The quality is amazing and well beyond the “top” brands for twice the price.
The low cost but extremely high quality is incredible.
These should easily be 3-4x the price for the quality you get with all of their products, the reason they’re not is the reason i buy them.
I think i have better control and pressure with the smaller handle.

The cutter looks strong the handle is too narrow and the cutting blades all have burrs that can cut you if you wash it by hand
