Pros
It's smooth or glides along whatever can you're opening. The handles have tiny little raised bumps on it which helps for gripping.

It seems very sturdy, has a good grip, and works smoothly.
My new zulay can opener seems very sturdy and it looks like it'll last as long as the last one.
Obviously the quality of the material in this opener is lacking.
The plastic handle kitchenaid that we had had a handle where the plastic would just spin and not open a can.
Price
Impressive for the price point of the item.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was better than the normal plastic, hard to get into kind.
It came in a nice cardboard box with information about the company, warranty, etc.
Competitiveness
It's sharper than the old one, but i can't really say it's any sharper than the old one when it was brand new.

In fact it feels more like plastic metal covered plastic but where it counts it performs

In the last picture it is difficult to see the gear piercings on the edge of a very minimal rim

The rotating handle is all plastic and i wish it was metal
