We actually had our plumber come out to modify the water tank to set up a water line, so we keep this thing churning all morning.

The unit looks very nice and maintains ambient lighting in the off mode. Support is very responsive to email contact. It blows my mind people can write a bad review that effects a business over their failure to read directions.

The water reservoir is 3 times smaller than it should be for the level of self cleaning. Then dumps the dried grounds in the waste bin.

First issues are coffee grinds spilling into grinder and moisture being created. The way milk is handled is not elegant. It's also not for those who drink coffee by the 32-ounce tumbler mug.

Works as advertised and you can program easily for individual preferences

I don’t see any good reason for it to jam like that after just a few weeks of data usage.

It grinds up the coffee beans, sucks up the milk from a cup you place next to it to make the latte, it steams the coffee.
