I love the quality and easy to use design.
Minimum brew amount is 20 cups (a little less than half the capacity of the pot) which would serve maybe 12-15 mugs of coffee.
Manual says it brews 100 cups of coffee in 1-1/2 hours.
Price
Definitely worth more than i paid for it and looks great too.
I did not have to pay to return the broken one at least.
Shipping
Update: received a replacement within 5 days.
Received the coffee urn on time and set up to use for a memorial service reception.

You dont have to take the top off to see the level of the water

I do find i need more coffee grounds to make the same amount of coffee as our old pot not sure why but that’s the one thing i’ve noticed

Nice but there are no fill linesmarks on the pot to assist in making less than a full pot

While it says 50 cups its really 25 because its based on a cup being 4oz

I bought this for shabbat just got my husband and i so its a good size for us but ill probably upgrade to a larger size
