Bought this for my rv. Looks great, but kind of wobbly even with screw mounts tight. We had no issues with the first one - it comes with a template for setting the screws - but the second one's template was off and we had to re-drill it.
Love the faux wood grain cover. Only complaint is the finish is coming off in places and we'll have to re stain it. The newest one has a small crack in the lower-left corner, but i don't think it's super noticeable.
Cons
The item has their logo engraved into it the whole width of the wood, and on the face of it. And it's sketchy. My money was refunded.
The mounting style, assuming i can scrounge up some hardware that will work, looks like it requires extremely precise drilling into my wall. The magnet on that side is not strong enough for even mid sized 6 chef's knives. The cutco knife barely holds ... Read More
Knives fall off with slightest movement or wisper of wind. My large chef knife and my large serrated bread knife tend to slip right down the face of it. They all slide down bc the magnet is too weak.

My heavier chefs knives slide off of this i turn them upside down where the bolster rests on the top
